About the hotel:
Going through some transformations over the years, this hotel was formerly known as the Canyon Ranch Hotel and Spa Miami Beach. However, the Carillon originally opened 1958 and it was famous for lavish parties, opulent life style and it was name hotel of the year in 1958. In the eighties however, it went through a major renovation and with it came the new name of Canyon Ranch Hotel and Spa. However, in 2015, the hotel was purchased by Z Capital and it’s goal was to revive the iconic Carillon brand that serves the luxury wellness market. Upgrades were intended to make the guest experience even more luxurious and better. Ira Giller is spearheading the renovation project in continuance of his father’s legacy.
