Miami Fitness Classes

Fitness is one of the most important parts of life. Everybody, at any age can participate in some shape or way in an exercise routine to improve one’s health. It has been proven that exercise is not only good for the body but also good for our mind. Numerous research studies try to convince us that finally we need to start moving. Well, I guess, most of us, are guilty of not moving enough and maybe a group class or a personal fitness trainer can finally inspire us. The jury is still out on as long as we have not tried it out yet. So…. with these deals, why not start a new era in our lives? The Base Gym was founded by Evan Kaye.  It  is an indoor-outdoor fitness center in the heart of South Beach with a  1,500 square-foot indoor space and state-of-the-art equipment including the Jacobs Ladder climber (a new cardio machine that places users at a 40-degree angle to take stress off the lower back) and Keiser Infinity Six Pack (a cable performance system designed to train multiple users at once).
