The historic St. Moritz building of the Loews Miami Beach Hotel is the scenic and luxurious location of Sea Spa + Fitness in Miami South Beach. It is a beach-side paradise featuring a 18,000 square foot spa & fitness facility where health & beauty is taken seriously. Enjoy indulgences from around the world in 16 treatment rooms and a 5,000-square-foot fitness center. There are daily fitness classes and personal training besides offering Massage, Facials, Acupuncture, Waxing, Manicures and Pedicures. A studio with Core Fusion barre, yoga classes, barre and cardio classes, a yoga pavilion, steam and whirlpool amenities, expansive fitness center are expanding the wellness & fitness variety to cater to everyone.

Loews Hotel Gym
A special note deserves the gym at the Loews since it is quite remarkable.
It is located in the St. Moritz Tower, at the same level as the 7 Seas Spa and it is open to hotel guests as well as to members. If you are a hotel guest it is according to their website included in the daily resort fee. (as of 10/29/2023). (Please always check for accuracy before booking.)
This is a true state-of-the-art gym with Technogym equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationary bikes. There is a Free-weight area including CorBalls and kettlebells. Of course the so important stretching area with Power System mats is not missing either. And… we also like that the towel service is included, which adds to extra cleanliness and entertainment is provided with free headphones.
So…. a happy workout time is just a step away… 🙂
