At the centrally located beachfront hotel in the Mid-Beach area, The Eden Roc Miami Beach is home of the Eden Roc Spa or also called Esencia Wellness Spa. This is an oceanfront hotel, right next to the Fontainebleau (on the north side) with 415 guest rooms three pools, 22,000 square feet of spa and fitness facilities, and 47,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The famed Nobu Restaurant & Bar with it’s acclaimed organic farm-to-table restaurant Malibu Farm offering a dining experience right next to the beach.
The Spa at Eden Roc also called the Esencia Wellness Spa comes with a fitness center inside the Eden Roc hotel and it focuses on holistic spa wellness according to their website. It encompasses 22,000 square feet with spa and fitness programs offering specialized treatments that target anti-aging, after-sun care, dry skin, and more. The Spa Menu includes many specialised facials, massages and body treatments such as the “SOUTH BEACH REVIVAL” a 110 minutes combination of a relaxing massage & a full-body wrap made of green clay to regenerate, oxygenate and deeply balance the skin and reduces signs of aging. Or how about a “CITRUS DRENCH”, a body treatment, that pampers skin with an infusion of citric energy. There are many wonderful items to choose from, and all of them sound delightful.

We are looking forward to the Miami Spa Month Deals season for next year, however you might not have to wait until then to find some quite nice specials. Recent fall specials such as the Quince Berry Restorative Massage or the Autumn Radiance By Bisse, the Pumpkin Spice Pedicure seem to be unfortunately gone for now, but we are hoping for great new deals.
